Join the McArthur Early Childhood Team as a Recruitment Consultant based in Burnley. Our Victorian Early Childhood Education (ECE) Team is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who thrives on challenge and wants to grow with us. This role plays a key part in supporting Early Learning Centres and Sessional Kindergarten clients through high-volume, fast-paced emergency relief rostering.

What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume emergency relief rostering, responding to shift requests from Early Learning Centres and Sessional Kindergarten clients with strong attention to detail.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and casual relief staff.
- Provide administrative support including compliance checks, recruitment, onboarding, and related tasks.
- Work in a full-time hybrid role during each school term: 3 days working from home in our After-Hours team (Monday to Wednesday 3pm to 10pm) and 2 days based in the office located in Burnley (Thursday 10-5pm & Friday 9-5.30pm).
- Fortnightly Sunday shift worked from home (3pm to 10pm). You will have school holidays off!
