We are looking to appoint two outstanding and highly motivated Cover Supervisors to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about education and supporting young people to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring continuity of learning across a range of subjects. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive, productive, and well-managed classroom environment where students feel supported and remain focused on the work set. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students are essential.
During non-cover periods, Cover Supervisors will support the inclusion team in a variety of ways, depending on the needs of students and the school. The role offers valuable experience for those considering a future career in teaching or education support.
