We are looking for a hardworking and reliable HGV driver to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll not only be responsible for transporting scaffolding materials safely to and from sites, but also assisting the team with labouring duties throughout the day.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, wants to develop a career in the scaffolding industry, and is keen to gain recognised qualifications while earning.
What you’ll be doing:
- Safely drive HGV Class 1 or Class 2 vehicles to transport scaffolding materials to site.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload scaffolding equipment.
- Carry out general labouring duties to support scaffolders on-site such as assist with erecting, dismantling and moving scaffolding materials under supervision.
- Keep work areas clean, organised and safe.
- Move, stack and organise scaffold tubes, boards and fittings.
- Ensure vehicles, tools and equipment are looked after and maintained.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work as part of a professional team delivering projects efficiently and safely.

Essential requirements:
- Valid HGV license (Class 1 or 2).
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Comfortable working outside in all weathers, a commitment to working safely and efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Good understanding of health and safety.
Desirable but not required:
- Previous labouring experience
- CISRS labourer card.
- Experience in scaffolding or construction.
