Job Title: Training & Compliance Administrator Location: South Belfast / Castlereagh Hills (Please note: Access to a car may be required due to location) Sector: Administration Employment Type: Part-Time (3 Days per Week, with potential to increase) Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience We are currently seeking a Training & Compliance Administrator to join our client's team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys maintaining accurate records, coordinating training activities, and supporting compliance functions within a busy business environment. Working three days per week, with the potential for additional hours in the future, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring employee training records are maintained, compliance documentation is accurately processed, and environmental reporting information is kept up to date. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a flexible role with room for growth and development. Key Responsibilities as Training & Compliance Administrator: Update and maintain employee training records and training matrices. Scan, upload and accurately file training certificates and documentation within the company database system. Ensure training records are up to date and compliant with company requirements. Arrange training courses with external training providers and suppliers. Notify staff of upcoming training requirements, bookings and scheduled courses. Update and maintain waste management figures and environmental reporting data. Produce administrative reports and summaries as required. Provide general administrative support to the wider business. Maintain accurate electronic records and filing systems. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding training and compliance matters. Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience as Training & Compliance Administrator: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to maintain accurate records and manage documentation efficiently. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritise workload and work independently. Professional and proactive approach to administration tasks. Desirable: Experience managing training records or compliance databases. Knowledge of Health & Safety training administration. Experience maintaining environmental or waste management records. Familiarity with document management systems.
