As an Inside Sales Executive you will be joining a well-established supply chain specialist offering innovative products to the civil engineering and construction sectors. Based in Belfast this company have over 55 years in business and offer a range of niche products to a strong customer base throughout Ireland. Combined with a wealth of industry experience, you will join a growing team and play a key role in providing customers with a knowledgeable, high quality and friendly service.

This product supply and equipment hire business has a state of the art online sales portal, CRM and logistics software, they offer tailored staff training programmes, sales mentoring and support set within newly refurbished modern office facilities.

Internal Sales Executive would suit a candidate with business to business experience, who has previous experience of Internal Sales, a confident personality, excellent communication skills who pays attention to detail.

Inside Account Executive / Sales Representative responsibilities include:

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.
Enhance all customer connections in a manner that ensures great customer retention and high renewal rates as measured by quarterly results.
Keep up with product and service information and updates.
Stay informed of industry trends to help resolve specific market challenges.
Provide both point-of-sale and post-sale support for producer and client relationships.Requirements and skills

Proven inside sales experience
Strong phone presence
Able to display strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Solid computer literacy.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
