In this London-based role you will serve as a senior compensation expert, advising HR partners and leaders on market-aligned reward strategies. You’ll partner with the Global Compensation team to shape regional Total Rewards priorities, oversee EMEA compliance, and drive data-driven analyses to inform pay decisions. You’ll lead cross-functional projects and present insights to Compensation Committees, helping attract and retain talent. This is a high-visibility, impact-focused position.

Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for compensation matters for assigned business groups
- Provide market trend insights and assess regional impact
- Oversee EMEA compensation compliance and regulatory requirements
- Conduct market benchmarking and share findings to keep pay structures competitive
- Advise on compensation levels for new hires with supporting analysis
- Collaborate with Global Compensation to design/manage base pay and bonus programs
- Lead/adopt ad hoc compensation projects and new role structures
- Prepare materials for Compensation Committees and support reporting
- Stay current on market practices through industry forums and networks
- Support the annual compensation review cycle and analytics procedures
Key requirements
- 10+ years in Total Reward within a global organization
- Extensive experience managing pay and bonus programs, ideally in global financial services
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-heavy work
- Customer service orientation and ability to balance conflicting stakeholder interests
- Excellent written and verbal communication across all organizational levels
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and confidentiality
