About the Role
- Serve as a sustainable investment subject matter expert and resource for teams across the client group and product management.
- Lead the review process qualifying, coordinating, and overseeing firm SI responses on questionnaires (RFI / RFP/ DDQs), providing subject matter expertise for firm‑level SI language and keeping it up to date.
- Partner with SI reporting team to enhance reporting capabilities over time and manage governance and escalation for complex custom reporting requests.
- Ensure strategic review and alignment with standard reporting practices while balancing regional priorities, client tiering and growth opportunities.
- Conduct analysis, initiate investigations and respond to internal and external ad‑hoc inquiries on a wide variety of topics, bringing in other SI Subject Matter Experts (e.g., ESG analysts, climate researchers) as needed, for example, human rights, stewardship, climate investment, regulation.
- Assist with addressing complex follow‑ups from client meetings and general servicing of SI‑focused clients that goes above and beyond what the relationship teams can support.
- Assist with overseeing and maintaining existing SI thought leadership content (overview decks, collateral) and collaborate with marketing to create new content.
- Partner with product and investment teams to integrate bespoke client or regulatory SI requirements, working towards standardizing where possible.
- Contribute to annual firm level reports with commercial and regulatory importance, including Sustainability Report, Climate Report, PRI reporting.
- Support strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and scalability of SI commercialization globally.

- Demonstrated interest in both sustainable investment and the investment industry/markets more broadly, a passion for learning, as well as strong analytical skills are key.
- A positive, collegial attitude and high level of professionalism are essential, as are creativity, initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global, team‑oriented environment with tight deadlines.
- A Bachelor’s degree with very strong academic credentials and a record of achievement.
- Some relevant sustainability experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Demonstrated analytical/technical skills including the ability to organize and synthesize data to reach conclusions.
- Solid judgment, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to take a differentiated perspective.
- Attention to detail combined with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Articulate with an interest in developing external presentation skills.
