We are seeking to recruit an Equity Research Associate to join our Global Industry Research Property Team. The role focuses on analyzing public companies in the European and Asia Pacific property sectors, covering REITs, real‑estate developers, and other property‑related companies across developed and emerging markets.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity of industry and comparative valuation models
- Perform continuous due diligence on property companies across the sector
- Build and maintain financial models for prospective investments
- Complete complex analytical projects under tight time constraints
- Stay abreast of relevant company and industry materials and communications
- Identify emerging research trends and investable developments
- Maintain risk models for long‑only and long/short portfolios

- Data and technology skills for screening, ranking, and managing large stock universes
- Sound judgment, strong work ethic, and highest personal and professional integrity
- Demonstrated analytical ability and independence in decision making
- Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
- Superior academic credentials; undergraduate degree required, progress with CFA/CAIA levels additive
- European and/or Japanese language skills considered highly beneficial
