Receptionist/Administrator at Wellington Lions Primary Academy
Salary: Grade D4-6 - £25,185-£25,989 FTE (DOE)
Actual Salary: £22,217 - £22,927 pro rata (DOE)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours) and Term Time plus 1 week (39 weeks)
Hours: 08:00-16:00 Monday-Thursday and 08:00-15:30 Friday (30 min lunch break each day)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, professional and highly organised individual to be the welcoming face of our school. As a key first point of contact for pupils, families and visitors, you will create a positive and supportive first impression while providing high-quality administrative support. You will be calm, approachable and able to manage a busy reception environment, handling enquiries with confidence and care while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
