This role supports the delivery of marketing and communication activities across the estate’s portfolio, including hospitality, retail, leisure and events. Working closely with the Marketing & Digital Operations Manager you will help shape and execute email marketing, customer messaging on WhatsApp and Meta platforms, audience management and the long‑term CRM and digital strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- CRM & Email Marketing
- Plan, create and schedule email campaigns across multiple brands
- Assist with audience segmentation and list management to improve targeting and engagement
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation
- Meta Messaging & Customer Communications
- Roll out and manage messaging channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram DM)
- Develop messaging workflows, responses and automation opportunities
- Establish best practices for customer communication across messaging channels
- Audience Management & Data
- Maintain and organise CRM data for accuracy and effective targeting
- Identify audience trends, behaviours and engagement opportunities
- Support development of customer journeys across digital touchpoints
- Digital Strategy Development
- Contribute to a 2‑year digital plan and CRM strategy
- Map future opportunities for automation, personalisation and audience growth
- Research emerging trends and digital tools relevant to the estate
- Influencer & Engagement Support
- Assist with influencer outreach and relationship management
- Plan and coordinate digital competitions and campaigns
- Track engagement performance and campaign outcomes
- Internal Communications
- Create and schedule content for internal channels (intranet updates, staff app notifications)
- Support clear and consistent communication across teams and departments
- Website
- Support content updates, digital administration and campaign implementation with the website designer & developer
- Other
- Provide wider support to the marketing team across campaigns and projects as required
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp or similar)
- Good understanding of social media and messaging platforms, particularly Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities; strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
- Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance and optimisation
- Excellent written communication skills, with a clear, audience‑focused tone
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
- Desirable: experience with CRM systems or customer data platforms, automation tools, customer journey mapping, influencer campaigns, internal comms platforms or staff engagement apps
