This role will be placed across the federation.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact in our very busy school offices and will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service to pupils, families and visitors to the school. The role will include general administrative duties such as:

  • Answering the telephones
  • Message taking
  • Photocopying
  • Sending e-mails
  • Using several schools IT systems

We are offering 25 hours per week, term time only. We can be flexible on days but must include Friday. Overtime may also be available.

  • Can maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Looks after the welfare of children through a first aider role
  • Has strong IT and administrative skills (MS Office) to produce letters and other documents
  • Can work on their own as well as being part of a larger team
  • Can work under pressure whilst still providing the best customer service
