Wellington Health & Fitness Club is a vibrant, exciting and friendly working environment, situated within the 400 acre grounds of Wellington College in Crowthorne, Berkshire. The Club is a well-established dual use leisure facility with a wide range of facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fully equipped Fitness Room, Sports Halls, Dance Studios, Climbing Wall and a fully licenced Bar / café, which serves over 2000 members as well as accommodating the PE and Sports programme for over 1000 students at Wellington College throughout the academic year.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as Water Helper for Swimming Lessons on a casual contract. This position is responsible for assisting Level 2 Swimming teachers within our swim school, within lessons that are aimed at early years Stages 1 & 2. Water Helpers will assist children in the pool, providing encouragement and support whilst reinforcing instruction given from the teacher. Water Helpers may be asked to assist with registers and pool set-up and close down.
