International Partnerships at Wellington College is seeking a collaborative leader to strengthen connectivity and shared culture across a global family of schools. Wellington College International is part of a forward-thinking, globally minded community that brings together pupils, staff and partners across multiple regions. Located in Crowthorne, Berkshire, with train and bus links providing easy access to transport connections. This newly shaped role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the continued development of a strong, cohesive and purposeful international network. You will help deepen the sense of identity that unites Wellington schools worldwide, ensuring that pupils and staff benefit from high-quality, high-impact collaboration.
Your work will strengthen the academic alignment, professional learning and shared experiences that allow our international family to thrive collectively. You will build and champion opportunities for pupils and staff to engage across borders, from academic and co-curricular programmes to initiatives that celebrate creativity, wellbeing, leadership and global citizenship.
You will also oversee the annual review process across the Wellington College International group, ensuring that each school receives thoughtful, constructive insight and that the wider network continues to uphold a consistently high standard of educational provision. As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders, guide Academic Directors and contribute to the frameworks that enable schools to exchange ideas and best practice with confidence.
Working within a dynamic boarding and day school environment, you will join a team that values partnership, reflection and a genuine commitment to shared improvement. You will bring experience of leading educational quality across multiple contexts, alongside a thoughtful, relational and solutions-focused approach.
