Role Summary
We are looking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic colleague to join our Year Care Team. You will work with students and their families to offer personalised and bespoke support and guidance. Working with a particular year group you will promote students’ positive attitudes to themselves, peers and learning, advocate for those who need extra support, help maintain excellent attendance and meet the school’s high expectations of behaviour and conduct. Over time you will develop deep relationships, inspire confidence, bridge the gap between school and home, and support the Achievement Team Leader in ensuring high standards of engagement and learning. Your role will also involve collaborating with other professionals to develop student ambition and resilience for a successful future.
