Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Diesel Parts Interpreter to play a key role in our parts operation based in Brooklyn, Melbourne. The Role

  • Interpreting diesel engine parts using parts manuals, diagrams, and technical knowledge
  • Providing expert advice to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Managing complex parts enquiries and troubleshooting part identification issues
  • Processing and overseeing customer orders from enquiry through to dispatch
  • Coordinating freight and logistics for time‑critical orders
  • Receiving, checking, and allocating incoming stock
  • Assisting with stock accuracy, inventory control, and rolling stocktakes
  • Supporting and mentoring less experienced parts staff where required
