Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Wishlist team, supervising 3 senior individual contributors and driving OKR achievement.
- Personally manage a portfolio of 2â3 key Tier 1 partners, ensuring partner satisfaction, growth, and profitability.
- Drive new business growth by collaborating with the Senior Strategic Seller to penetrate highâpriority target accounts and close complex, longâterm commercial agreements.
- Analyze market strategy and industry data to inform decisions and build a picture of market performance for the Head of UK&I.
- Commercial optimization: negotiate deal structures that secure winâwin outcomes while adhering to financial guidelines.
- Internal collaboration: facilitate communication with SMB, Strategy and Ops, Product Management, Partner Integration, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and CX to align initiatives and remove process blockers.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by caring for wellbeing and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Account Management or Strategic Sales with direct experience managing highâperforming teams.
- Proven track record of originating new business and closing complex, longâterm agreements, exceeding targets.
- Expert financial and analytical acumen: margin analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation using Excel/Sheets.
- Strategic negotiation: successful navigation of complex commercial environments and highâstakes negotiations.
- Executive communication: worldâclass ability to deliver highâstakes pitches to Câsuite audiences with clarity and visual impact (Google Slides/PowerPoint).
- Strategic relationship building: rapid trust build with Câsuite stakeholders and converting skeptics into champions.
- Strategic thinking: longâterm strategy to achieve OKRs and balance retention with aggressive acquisition of new enterprise targets.
- Priority setting: ruthlessly prioritize between player demands of managing Tier 1 accounts and managing team hiring and performance.
- Crossâfunctional leadership: mobilize internal resources (Legal, Finance, Integration, Marketing) to move complex opportunities from stage to stage.
