THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re hiring a Social Media Specialist for our Marketing team in the UK (Hybrid)! In this role, you'll lead Wellhub´s local social media strategy across the UK, one of our key European markets. You will own the planning, creation, and execution of culturally relevant content, collaborating closely with regional and global marketing teams, creators, and partners to amplify brand presence, drive community engagement, and continuously optimize performance using data-driven insights.

- Own Local Social Media Strategy
- Drive end-to-end local social media strategy and social content calendar for the UK across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube channels, aligning with global priorities.
- Lead social-first content creation, capturing event moments and directing designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality assets.
- Establish and grow community engagement while building strong relationships with local influencers, partners, creators and wellbeing communities.
- Execute impactful local activations, managing influencer collaborations and social coverage for key product launches and brand events.
- Ensure continuous content optimization by tracking analytics, social listening, and preparing actionable performance reports for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global marketing stakeholders to adapt campaigns to local cultural contexts and share best practices across regions.

WHO YOU ARE
- You bring at least 4–6 years of experience in social media management and execution.
- You have extensive experience developing and executing end-to-end local social media strategies across key platforms.
- You are an expert storyteller with solid in-depth knowledge of short-form video production, copywriting, and leveraging current platform trends and best practices.
- You are a skilled relationship-builder with prior work experience managing influencer and creator collaborations from brief to execution.
- You are a data-minded strategist with the ability to utilize social media management, listening and analytics tools to translate performance insights into action.
- You are an organized project owner with the eagerness to embrace a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities both independently and cross-functionally.
- You're fluent in English. Additional language skills are considered a plus.
