THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Regional Engagement Manager to our Engagement team in London! We’re looking for a talented Wellbeing Engagement Manager to join our team in London. Reporting to the Wellbeing Engagement UK & Ireland Director, you will be a cultural transformation agent, bringing our clients closer to the Wellhub mission, promoting a culture of wellbeing and driving engagement with our clients and their employees. This is a position inside the Global Revenue team where you will manage a set of corporate accounts, ensuring that our clients remain focused on our mission. You will work closely with Client Success, Sales, User Marketing and international teams to develop and execute wellbeing plans for our client companies in the UK & Ireland, ensuring they get the most out of Wellhub's wellbeing solution.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Strategic Planning & Advisory: Develop and analyse wellbeing strategies with our clients to advance their internal wellbeing agendas, acting in an advisory capacity to propose strategic solutions and innovative tactics that drive Wellhub adoption.
  • Insight-Driven Recommendations: Continuously monitor and track client results, leading the reporting and analysis of your portfolio to identify insights and provide data-backed recommendations for future engagement opportunities.
  • Engagement Plan Execution: Execute communication plans with clients to increase the reachable market through client-owned internal channels, remaining hands-on with copy development, creative asset adaptations, and collaboration with Wellhub’s wellbeing provider partners.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work in close partnership with Client Success Managers to plan and execute engagement plans, identify engagement opportunities and attend client meetings to discuss monthly/quarterly progress.
  • International Collaboration: Deploy global best practices and programs in collaboration with the Global Client Marketing and Client Strategy teams, adapting communication tools and initiatives specifically for the UK & IE markets.
  • Internal Coaching: Provide a "dotted line" to other Wellbeing Engagement team members, including delegating, coaching and supporting the team on activation efforts.
  • Budget Ownership: Own and manage your client portfolio budget, including the strategic distribution, planning and optimisation of funds to drive results.
  • Live the mission: Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Familiarity with and a genuine enthusiasm for the wellbeing industry.
  • Professional experience in communications and client-facing roles.
  • A holistic thinker capable of developing "big picture" strategies while equally happy with hands-on execution.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to use data to track performance and optimize client strategies.
  • A creative thinker with a strong creative eye, continuously evolving strategies and proposing innovative tactics.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth, agile environment.
  • High degree of ownership in all tasks, with the judgment to recognize when to collaborate or escalate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to collaborate effectively across multi-geography teams and with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments with a solution-oriented mindset and resilience to navigate challenges.
  • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva), AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LLM) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
  • Native or fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
