Vacature ERP Data Entry Specialist (assets and maintenance)

ERP Data Entry Specialist to join our Equipment team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient entry, management, and maintenance of asset and maintenance-related data within Well Gear’s ERP system.

You will ensure that all data is accurate, complete, consistent, and up to date, creating a reliable foundation for effective asset management, maintenance planning, reporting, and operational decision-making.

  • Your responsibilities
  • Accurately register and maintain all company assets & parts within the ERP systems;
  • Manage associated documentation, including manuals, warranty certificates, inspection certificates, and compliance documentation;
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of existing asset and maintenance data;
  • Review data for consistency and correct discrepancies where required;
  • Enter preventive maintenance schedules, inspection plans, and testing sequences within the ERP system;
  • Register and maintain records of periodic inspections, statutory examinations, certifications, and equipment testing;
  • ERP System Development;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and translate operational needs into functional ERP enhancements;
  • Test, validate, and evaluate new ERP functionalities and system improvements prior to implementation.

Your profile

  • MBO Level 4 / EQF Level 4 qualification or a Bachelor's degree (HBO), preferably in a technical discipline or Business Administration.
  • Experience with data management (data entry) and ERP systems.
  • Good command of English, spoken and written.
  • Able to work independently in a structured and organized manner.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic working environment.
  • Accurate, analytical, and detail-oriented.
