They discover new talent, negotiate partnerships, spot opportunities before anyone else, and help creators build thriving businesses while driving significant commercial growth for Wellgard. You'll identify high-potential creators, build long-term partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and help them grow their businesses. As they grow, so does Wellgard. No problem. We'll teach you everything about social commerce, commercial strategy and working with creators. What we do need is that you genuinely understand and enjoy TikTok as a platform.
