Build relationships. Spot talent. Drive commercial growth.

You might already know Wellgard as the Viral Health Brand on Tik Tok Shop.

Every day, thousands of creators recommend Wellgard products to millions of people across Tik Tok, making creator marketing one of the biggest drivers of our growth.

But we’re only just getting started.

As we continue to grow, we’re investing heavily in our Creator Management team. This isn’t a traditional influencer marketing role — it’s a commercial role at its core.

Every creator partnership has the potential to generate thousands of pounds in sales.

Your job is to identify those opportunities, build genuine relationships and help creators become long‑term partners who grow alongside our brand.

About Wellgard

Wellgard is one of the UK’s fastest-growing health and wellness brands, and our Creator Management team is a crucial part of our business.

They’re the team discovering new talent, negotiating partnerships, spotting opportunities before anyone else and helping creators build thriving businesses while driving significant commercial growth for Wellgard.

What you’ll be doing

This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be responsible for growing our portfolio of creators, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue through long-term creator partnerships.

Your day-to-day will include

  • Recruiting and onboarding high‑potential Tik Tok creators.
  • Building genuine, long‑term relationships through calls, messages and social media.
  • Negotiating commission structures, incentives and commercial partnerships.
  • Managing your own portfolio of creators and helping them maximise their sales.
  • Spotting emerging trends and creator opportunities, then acting on them before competitors do.
  • Analysing creator performance, GMV and ROI to optimise results.
  • Taking ownership of ambitious commercial targets and contributing directly to MOM growth on Tik Tok shop.

What makes someone successful in this role?

The people who thrive here are commercially minded, naturally curious and genuinely enjoy building relationships.

They’re proactive, resilient and always looking for the next opportunity.

You’ll probably love this role if you

  • Enjoy speaking to people and building trust quickly.
  • Have a commercial mindset and are confident negotiating.
  • Enjoy working towards ambitious targets.
  • Get excited by spotting opportunities before everyone else.
  • Like taking ownership of your work and seeing the direct impact you make.
  • Thrive in a fast‑moving environment where every day is different.
  • This role probably isn’t for you if…
  • You prefer repetitive admin work.
  • You dislike reaching out to new people.
  • You avoid negotiation, difficult conversations and picking up the phone.
  • You’d rather follow a detailed process than create opportunities.
  • You’re looking for a traditional marketing role centred around content or generic influencer marketing.
  • What we’re looking for

Ideally, you’ll have

At least three years’ experience in a relationship‑focused role such as Creator Management, Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Partnerships, Account Management or a similar field.

We will also consider applicants who have experience in relationship‑oriented roles such as recruitment.

  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build rapport and develop long‑term relationships.
  • A commercially minded approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and negotiate effectively.
  • A genuine interest in Tik Tok and social media, with a strong understanding of creator content and current trends.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive, self‑motivated mindset and willingness to take ownership and make things happen.
  • Experience using performance metrics or commercial data to make informed decisions and improve results.
  • The ability to commute to our office in Hollingbury, Brighton, five days per week.
  • What you’ll get
  • A competitive salary, reviewed annually, plus a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance
  • Flexible start and finish times, with core working hours of 10am–4pm
  • 23 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays and your birthday off
  • The opportunity to join a growing team with genuine progression opportunities
  • Access to the latest AI tools to support your work
  • A career in one of the UK’s fastest‑growing social commerce platforms (Tik Tok Shop)
  • Company pension scheme
  • A collaborative, ambitious team where your work has a visible impact
  • Free Wellgard health and wellness products, with a fully stocked kitchen
  • A free team lunch every Friday, and we mean proper restaurant quality, not a sad meal deal
  • At least 2 team socials and events every year
  • Free on-site parking
  • Latest Mac Book Pro, 49" wide screen monitors, ergonomic chairs

If you’re excited by the opportunity to own commercial relationships, work with creators and help shape one of the UK’s biggest Tik Tok Shop success stories, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full‑time, office‑based role in Hollingbury, Brighton.
