You might already know Wellgard as the Viral Health Brand on TikTok Shop. Now we're looking for a team member to help drive our next stage of growth. Wellgard is one of the UK's fastest-growing health and wellness brands, and our Creator Management team is a crucial part of our business. They discover new talent, negotiate partnerships, spot opportunities before anyone else, and help creators build thriving businesses while driving significant commercial growth for Wellgard.
Think of it as recruitment, but instead of placing candidates into jobs, you'll recruit talented creators to promote our products on TikTok Shop. You'll identify high-potential creators, build long-term partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and help them grow their businesses.
- Work towards ambitious commercial targets
- Building genuine, long-term relationships through calls, messages and social media
- Negotiating commission structures, incentives and commercial partnerships
- Managing your own portfolio of creators and helping them maximise sales
- Analysing creator performance, GMV and ROI to optimise results
- Owning ambitious commercial targets and contributing directly to company growth
