Wellford Gardens is seeking a proactive Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in running the care home. You will handle rota planning, recruit and induct staff, and ensure high care standards while supporting occupancy and budget control.
The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) with management experience in elderly care, strong communication, and a willingness to develop to Level 4 or 5.
