Wellfield Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant to the SENCo to join our established team on a permanent, term-time only basis.
The role focuses on supporting administrative processes, parent communication and multi‑agency involvement to release the SENCo to develop inclusive classroom practice.
You will work with Thrive provision, coordinate with staff, families and external agencies, and help ensure the day‑to‑day effectiveness of SEND support across the school.
