Wellfield Academy is seeking a dedicated Head of Year to support students from a pastoral and behaviour perspective. The role demands a proactive, caring individual with a passion for helping children progress academically, socially, and in independence. The post is full time (37 hrs), permanent and term time only plus two weeks, with hours 8:15am-4:15pm Mon-Thu and 8:15-3:45pm Fri.
