- Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and third-party suppliers, keeping work moving smoothly.
- Lead projects when appropriate and actively contribute to project teams, working closely with senior colleagues as needed.
- Develop and write research materials, including screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, stimulus materials, and tab specs.
- Gather inputs from clients and manage recruitment and fieldwork logistics to ensure studies run efficiently.
- Drive analysis and insight generation, including participating in and leading “brain bash” sessions.
- Build and write presentations, ensuring a clear story and strong commercial implications for clients.
- Prepare and deliver confident project debriefs and client updates.
- Support proposal development and help shape new project opportunities within existing accounts.
- Take ownership of timelines, budgets, and internal processes to keep projects on track and profitable.

What You’ll Bring
- Hands-on experience executive primary pharmaceutical market research projects across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Confidence participating in client conversations, presentations, and project debriefs with pharmaceutical clients.
- Strong research design skills, including key analytical approaches (e.g., segmentation, MaxDiff, conjoint, pricing studies).
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to balance client needs, project quality, and profitability.
- Supervisory experience or readiness to take on line management and team development responsibilities.
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, consultative mindset and comfort working across multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication skills.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- A collaborative, people-first culture that values thoughtful work over volume-driven delivery.
- The opportunity to stay close to both clients and the research.
- Exposure to a wide range of therapeutic areas and global projects.
- A leadership team that invests in professional growth, mentoring, and long-term career development efforts.
Salary up to £47k per year, depending on skills and experience. Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the United Kingdom.
