What You'll Do
- Manage and execute custom qualitative and quantitative pharmaceutical market research projects.
- Develop research materials and guide methodology discussions with clients.
- Lead analysis and reporting, translating data into strategic insights and implications.
- Present findings to clients and confidently communicate in workshops, meetings, and presentations.
- Identify new opportunities for organic growth within existing client accounts.
- Take the lead on proposal development in response to RFPs and contribute to business development efforts.
- Oversee internal project roles and mentor junior team members on best practices.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals and identifying future client needs.
- Ensure all client deliverables meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, and quality.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in custom primary pharmaceutical market research (quantitative and qualitative) with a focus on qualitative research.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- A consultative mindset with a proven ability to build trusted client relationships.
