We are looking for an experienced Sleep Technologist to support our customers in starting and managing their sleep therapy journey. You will assist in setting up both CPAP machines and sleep apnea test devices, ensuring users understand how to operate and maintain them effectively. We are seeking candidates with prior experience handling CPAP or diagnostic sleep study equipment who can confidently guide patients through setup and education without requiring further training.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and calibrate CPAP machines and sleep test devices.
  • Guide customers on device usage, mask fitting, data recording, and maintenance procedures.
  • Educate users about sleep therapy basics and provide reassurance during their onboarding process.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of device setup and user feedback after each session.
  • Coordinate with the Comooz support team for any equipment or data-related issues.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience working with CPAP or sleep diagnostic devices is required.
  • Background in respiratory therapy, sleep technology, nursing, or home healthcare preferred.
  • Able to independently handle setup, patient onboarding, and explain device usage clearly.
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
