Wellden Turnbull is an independent firm of statutory auditors, chartered accountants and tax advisors based in Esher, Surrey. We have a client base ranging from small owner managed businesses through to large corporates operating across a variety of sectors including renewable energy, financial services, real estate, construction, consulting, education and waste management.

- You will work closely and collaboratively alongside trainees who are also progressing through the ACA programme as well as with the senior managers and directors of the firm who will mentor you as you progress through your career.
What we are looking for:
- A 2:1 degree or above in any subject.
- If you are a school leaver, 3 A levels in core subjects with predicted grades of B or above.
- 120 UCAS points (new system) excluding AS levels and General Studies.
- GCSE English Language and Maths at grade 4 or above.
- Able to use your initiative to make positive change.
- Work collaboratively with others to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Are analytical and able to interrogate and challenge financial and other data.
- Audit is a people-focused profession, so you must be able to demonstrate you can communicate confidently and clearly with colleagues and clients.
- You will also need excellent team working skills and the ability to work on your own using your initiative.
- Studying for professional exams whilst working full-time requires motivation and hard work.
- Whilst we will support you through your studies, you need to demonstrate that you are a ‘self starter’, able to motivate yourself through the challenge of studying for the ACA qualification whilst working.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK.
- The role is located in Esher, Surrey however you may be asked to travel to client sites. Access to a car is preferable.
