Job Title: Accounts Controller

Location: Completely Remote role, can be Located anywhere in the UK!

We are seeking a talented UK based Finance Manager to join our team. You will be tasked with managing and maintaining all aspects of the company finances. Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, passion for technology, and a solid background in all aspects of company finances.

About You

Experience & Qualifications

  • AAT level 2 or 3 qualified
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role

Skills

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to work on own initiative and organise own work at an operational level and deliver work for multiple clients to agreed timescales and standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively with groups and individuals including those with differing perspectives.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts and issues to non-technical experts.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to work logically from first principles to respond to novel, unusual, or particularly complex issues.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage changing priorities and competing demands.
  • Ability and aptitude
  • Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn, keep up to date with developments in new technology with an enthusiasm for continuing professional development and willingness to achieve certifications relevant to job role and Company requirements.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage own workload and productivity whilst working remotely.
