We are looking for a Programme Manager to join our Strategy team, working with Wellcome’s Climate and Health programme. The role reports to the Head of Strategy Integration, Climate & Health. As a member of the Strategy Integration team, you will be enhancing programme and project management quality and capability at Wellcome while supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives across the organisation (primarily the Climate & Health portfolio).
This role will ensure efficient and effective programme management by supporting programme leads in developing strategies with plans to deliver them, driving integration across the whole organisation, and fostering an environment conducive to successful delivery and continuous improvement.

- Comprehensive programme management experience including managing complex programmes.
- Experience with coordinating competing priorities and multiple stakeholders and able to influence directly and indirectly in a matrix organisation.
- Experienced in planning and problem solving with programme management and delivery teams.
- Ability to actively engage with an organisation’s strategy and support the development and implementation of the relevant portfolio to deliver strategic objectives.
