We are looking for a Project Officer to join our Science Policy Labs Team. You will support the effective management, reporting and communication of a growing portfolio of projects in the Science Policy Labs team. You’ll use your project management skills, alongside strengths in collaboration and communication to ensure process compliance.

If you are looking to apply your project management experience to helping build, robustly deliver and confidently communicate an exciting portfolio of work as part of a team, this could be a great fit. You’ll need to be great at navigating organisational processes and systems and be a brilliant collaborator. You’ll thrive if you have an interest in science policy and cutting-edge trends, alongside curiosity and motivation to understand the substance of the work, not just deliver projects well.

  • Experience managing a portfolio of projects and knowledge of effective project management processes and practice.
  • Experienced in the use of project management tools and systems and a good understanding of governance frameworks and compliance requirements in project delivery.
  • Familiar with project management IT systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) alongside familiarity with common systems such as Monday.com, Salesforce and Oracle.
