Wellcome Collection seeks a strategic Head of Visitor Experience and Museum Operations to lead the Visitor Experience & Museum Operations team within the Strategy, Operations & Enterprises Directorate. You will report directly to the Managing Director and guide front-of-house, safety and customer journeys. You will collaborate across curatorial, learning, commercial, facilities and public engagement functions to deliver an accessible and memorable visitor experience while ensuring operational.
