Wellcome is seeking a Process Improvement Programme Manager to simplify how work is done, improve end-to-end processes and ensure changes are implemented, owned and sustained across the organisation.

You will lead cross-functional improvements and build capability to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work with process owners and teams across Operations, reporting to the Head of Business Architecture and Process.
