Wellcome is a global charitable foundation. We improve health for everyone by funding science, leading policy and advocacy campaigns, and building partnerships. About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Partner, Leadership and Management Development to design and deliver initiatives that build management and leadership capability and support a high-performance culture across Wellcome to help us deliver on our mission. This role will partner with senior leaders and HR colleagues to embed inclusive, high-performing practices and foster a culture of continuous development. You’ll lead initiatives that equip our people to thrive and grow in alignment with our mission.

Where in Wellcome will I be working?

You’ll be part of the Talent team within the People function, reporting to the Talent Development Lead. You’ll work closely with colleagues across HR and the wider organisation to deliver impactful development interventions and enable performance at every level.

What will I be doing?

  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable people management and leadership development interventions
  • Shape and improve talent management processes and career frameworks
  • Assess Wellcome’s future skills requirements and build management and leadership frameworks and supporting tools
  • Partner with senior leaders and other stakeholders to embed performance and development practices
  • Champion inclusive leadership and management
  • Use data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve
