The Wellcome Trust is a global charitable foundation. We improve health for everyone by funding science, leading policy and advocacy campaigns, and building partnerships.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Benefits and Wellbeing Lead to join our Reward and Wellbeing team on a fixed term contract until January 2027.
The successful candidate will be an experienced benefits and wellbeing professional and will be responsible for the development, management and administration of Wellcome’s benefits and wellbeing portfolio, including the management of the Flexible Benefits portal.

At Wellcome we have a hybrid way of working which is 3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office. Due to the nature of this role you may be required to be in the office on additional days.
