As part of a dedicated on-site team, you’ll work closely with our designer, content strategist/copywriter and account director, as well as act as an extension of our client’s in-house marketing team, to deliver high-performing content across all channels, with an initial focus on social.
Alongside our account director, you’ll be responsible for defining our ways of working, managing timelines and scopes of work, and ensuring we support our client in all that they do. You’ll thrive in a team environment, working closely with creatives and clients alike, and be motivated by the opportunity to shape compelling content and impactful campaigns.
What will you be doing?
- Develop a deep understanding of our client’s brand, audience and tone of voice.
- Become a brand guardian, ensuring all content created reflects the brand's values and identity.
- Work closely with our client’s marketing teams and media agency through excellent communication, creative thinking and problem solving.
- Ensuring that we are aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
- Define, plan and manage creative, production and strategic projects, including a wide range of deliverables across all channels, from online advertising to social, ECRM and web.
- Be accountable and responsible for the end-to-end process for your project deliverables.
- Work closely with our head office team to track and manage resources and anticipate possible issues.
- Create and update project documentation, including project briefing documents, schedules and budgets.
- Proactively add value to our client’s briefs by helping to develop and enhance these, suggesting ways they can be brought to life.
- Liaise directly with our clients, attend briefings and de-briefings when required and proactively manage expectations.
- Collaborate with our account director and the wider team to identify opportunities to enhance processes, workflows and project standards.
- Collaborate closely with both your Wellcom and client team members to create integrated and cohesive campaigns.
- Deliver projects on time, to spec and within budget.
What are we looking for?
- Highly organised, proactive project manager who’s passionate about great processes, building brilliant teams and pushing creativity.
- A great team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work to challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment, be able to use initiative, be proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Organised, proactive, and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience
- At least 3 years experience producing successful online media campaigns from inception to completion in an agency or in-house team, working on-site with clients is a bonus.
- A thorough understanding of media buys and advertising specifications.
- An understanding of the ever-changing nature of retail and the digital landscape, and how it should interact with the customer experience in-store.
We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the office and contributing to the culture, therefore this role will require a minimum of 3 days working in the office (Tuesday - Thursday). There will be some requirements where being in the office or client sites on Monday or Friday will also be required.
