The Care Assistant role is not always glamorous, but it's one of the most important, rewarding jobs out there. Our Care Assistants always have the residents' health and wellbeing in mind by assisting with daily tasks such as meals, personal care, providing one-to-one support and encouraging independence. Being kind and caring is key to the Care Assistant role, and with great training opportunities and career progression, there's no better time to apply.
