About the role: Working in partnership with the Home Manager, Senior Support Workers play an important role in the smooth running of our homes. They provide top quality care to our higher needs dementia residents and great leadership within their team. We are looking for hard working, dedicated, lovely people who will go the extra mile to ensure our homes run to a high standard. It’s not always glamourous, but it’s one of the most rewarding jobs out there. Our Senior Support Workers help improve the lives of our residents by ensuring their needs are met, care plans are up to date and medication is administered, stored and recorded correctly. As well as ensuring our residents are happy and looked after, our Senior Support Workers also take care of our Support Workers, making sure they are delivering the best standard of care possible.
