About the role

Working in partnership with the Home Manager, Team Leaders play an important role in the smooth running of our homes. They provide top‑quality care to residents and offer strong leadership to their teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring care plans are up to date
  • Administering medication correctly
  • Maintaining resident happiness
  • Supporting Care Assistants to deliver the best standard of care possible
