About the role: The work of a Support Worker plays a vital part in meeting the personal care needs of our Residents in a way that respects their dignity as an individual, promoting and encouraging independence. Importantly, you are expected to be proactively involved in creating a warm, friendly atmosphere and maintaining good relations between residents, relatives, visiting professionals and staff. As a Support Worker you will also be working in our under 65's dementia unit; in this unit you will help support and assist alongside promoting independence to those residents residing in the under 65's unit.
