About the role
The wellbeing of our residents is vital now more than ever. Providing a rich activity programme can benefit our residents in a countless number of ways, from improving their health to increasing happiness, and allowing them to achieve their goals. We are looking for organised, creative, think outside of the box people to join our team of Lifestyle Co-Ordinators ensuring our residents have a rich and engaging person-centred activity programme. Whether it’s taking our residents out on trips, planning events in the home or one to one activities, the possibilities are endless. Along with planning activities, our lifestyle co-ordinators are responsible for managing and populating their homes Facebook page with engaging content, taking care of their own budgets and ensuring paperwork is kept up to date. We encourage our co-ordinators to take full autonomy and make the role their own.
