About the role: Working in partnership with the Home Manager, Team Leader's play an important role in the smooth running of our homes.

Team Leaders provide top quality care to our residents and great leadership within their team.

We are looking for hard working, dedicated lovely people who will go the extra mile to ensure our homes run to a high standard.

It's not always glamourous, but it's one of the most rewarding jobs out there.

Our Team Leaders help improve the lives of our residents by ensuring their needs are met, care plans are up to date and medication is administered, stored and recorded correctly.

As well as ensuring our residents are happy and looked after, our Team Leaders also take care of our Care Assistants, making sure they are delivering the best standard of care possible.
