Located in Wythenshawe, Oakbrook School is a new independent special school catering to the needs of up to 25 young people aged 9 to 16 with Autism and SEMH needs. We are looking for a dedicated School Cook to join our team. The School Cook plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the school kitchen. Working closely with the Head Teacher and staff, the cook ensures the smooth preparation and delivery of nutritious meals, contributing to the overall wellbeing and success of the school community.
This role requires a proactive, organised, and compassionate individual who can manage a variety of tasks, from planning and preparing meals to accommodating dietary needs and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
