About the School

Our brand-new independent special school, Lynwood School in Stanton-on-the-Wolds, Nottinghamshire, will provide a nurturing and personalised education for up to 25 students with Autism and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a unique opportunity to lead the school from its very beginning, shaping its ethos, curriculum, and culture.

The Role

  • Lead the school through its pre-opening and launch phase.
  • Develop and implement a high-quality, individualised curriculum.
  • Recruit, lead, and motivate a small but dedicated staff team.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and outcomes for students.

  • Experienced leader in SEN (Autism/SEMH experience highly desirable).
