Located in the village of Hatton, Derbyshire, Wellbrook School is a new independent special school catering to the needs of up to 25 young people aged 9 to 16 with Autism and SEMH needs. We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will be instrumental in creating a positive learning environment and making a real difference in our pupils' lives. Due to our small class sizes, you will have the chance to establish genuine connections with each student and offer tailored support. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something special from the very beginning.

This role is a term-time role working 39 weeks of the year offering a salary of £19,000-£24,000 per annum to be paid over 12 months. This role will include offering 1-1 support and requires experience with challenging behaviour and attachment disorder.
