The School
Our new independent special school, Fairbrook School, will offer a specialist and nurturing education for up to 25 students with Autism and SEMH needs. Our ethos is centered on small classes, personalised learning, and a therapeutic approach that helps young people flourish.
The Role
- Work in partnership with the Headteacher to lead the school through its opening and beyond.
- Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and curriculum delivery.
- Take a lead role in safeguarding, behaviour, and wellbeing.
- Mentor and support staff to ensure high standards across the school.
- Build positive relationships with families and the wider community.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- An experienced teacher and school leader (SEN experience essential).
- Skilled in Autism and SEMH provision.
- Organised, compassionate, and committed to inclusion.
- Ready to contribute to building a brand-new school culture.
