WellBN is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist to lead medicines optimisation and governance across multiple sites. You will shape strategy, strengthen clinical governance and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance, working with Partners and the senior leadership team.
The postholder will lead the pharmacy and medicines management team, deliver quality improvements, and represent WellBN in PCN/ICB/NHS meetings, driving continuous improvement and exceptional patient care.
