We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Wellbeing Therapist to become a valued member of our outstanding Wellbeing/SPA team at Pan Pacific London, where you will curate bespoke treatment experiences and deliver an uncompromising standard of service to our guests. You bring confidence, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction, whether with guests or colleagues. You will have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Spa Therapist within a luxury spa or five-star hotel environment, supported by recognised beauty and/or holistic therapy qualifications.

You are a polished and poised professional, with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering elevated guest experiences. With a calm and intuitive presence, you take pride in creating moments of genuine care, ensuring each guest leaves feeling restored, valued and truly indulged. As a Wellbeing Therapist, you will perform a range of luxury treatments in line with our brand ethos, ensuring every touchpoint of the guest journey is executed with precision, care and intuitive attention to detail. Through in-depth consultations, you will tailor each experience to the individual, anticipating needs and delivering results-driven treatments complemented by expert aftercare guidance. You will also contribute to the commercial success of the spa through refined retail recommendations, thoughtful upselling and the cultivation of lasting guest relationships.

As part of a highly professional and close-knit Wellbeing team, you will uphold the presentation and ambience of our treatment spaces to the highest standard, ensuring an environment that is both immaculate and serene. You will maintain rigorous health, safety and hygiene practices, while supporting the seamless daily operation of the spa. A natural ambassador for the brand, you will embody elegance, discretion and a genuine commitment to excellence at all times. This role requires full flexibility, including weekends, evenings and peak periods.

Your tasks will include, but not limited to:

  • Deliver bespoke spa treatments to an exceptional, luxury standard in line with brand protocols
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to curate personalised guest experiences
  • Provide expert aftercare advice and recommend premium retail products with confidence
  • Drive retail performance through intuitive upselling and guest engagement
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation across all treatment areas
  • Record guest preferences with precision, ensuring complete confidentiality
  • Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring all spaces are flawlessly prepared
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times
