As an Activities Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include planning and leading engaging recreational activities for residents, supporting their physical and emotional well-being, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. You will collaborate with other staff members to ensure that activities meet the needs and preferences of residents. Additionally, you may assist with training new team members on activity planning and provide excellent customer service to residents and their families.
